Wedding Coordinator

If you've chosen all your vendors and you know exactly how you want your wedding experience to go, then the next best step you can take is to hire a Day-of Coordinator. My team and I will assist in bringing together every little detail of your vision to life. That way you can enjoy your wedding day without the worrying about anything.


What's Included:


6-hour wedding coordinator services starting at $600


12-hour wedding coordinator services starting at $1,200


Micro wedding:
$65 per hour with a minimum of 5 hours
- 50 guest or less
(assistant not included)


Additional assistance starts at $200

Additional hour starts: $135

Please note:

 An assistant is recommended for 80 or more guest.

~Payment~

• 25% nonrefundable deposit upon contract signing 

 • Balance due 2 weeks before wedding

Package Details:

(but not limited too)


• We will be with you the full 6 or 12 hours 


• (1) 1 hour conference call planning meeting or zoom meeting 


• (1) in-person planning meeting

• Unlimited access as needed leading up to wedding via email/phone

• Week of wedding introduction & communication with vendors

• Day-of Supplies

• Introductions & confirmations week of wedding

• Maintain all vendor paperwork/contracts

• Ensure all vendors are aware of timeline and on the same page

• Organize & distribute tips/final payments

• Setup food & keep champagne flowing!

• Ensure hair & makeup are situated/equipped

• Accept day-of deliveries & ensure all items are packed for various destinations

• Deliver all last-minute decor to ceremony & reception venues

• Check-in on groom/groomsmen

• Manage all transportation shuttles of guests

• Ensure all people are in the correct locations for transport/photos

• Manage vendors & be main point of contact

• Ensure all reception accessories are correctly placed

• Supply Bridal Party kit with all toiletries & items that may be needed

Meetings

One in person meeting will be at your venue. To iron out all details and expectations you would like to go over for your wedding. We will then meet again the day of your wedding. Any questions or concerns will be handled over the phone/email.

Ceremony & Rehearsal

This is the best option for any couple that wants to receive the best wedding experience possible. With this package you will enjoy a personal ceremony that reflects your values and showcases your love story, all while knowing that your wedding day will go according to plan.


This service includes:


• In-person wedding rehearsal for you and your entire wedding party.


• Working closely with you to plan a beautiful ceremony.


• Creating a wedding experience that is memorable for both you and your guests.


• Assure that the entire wedding party has clear expectations of what's required of them. 


•100% access to me for anything pertaining to your ceremony or rehearsal.


•Consultations with anyone involved with your ceremony (ie., Venue, Planner, DJ).


Package starts at $350

~A few important things to keep in mind~


  • Who is running the Rehearsal:  As the person you hired, I am the person who runs the rehearsal. Please make this clear to your wedding party and everyone involved, including wedding planners and the venue staff.


  • Rehearsal Location: Your wedding rehearsal will typically take place a few days before the ceremony at your venue, preferably in the same space where the ceremony will take place.


  • Rehearsal Times:  Please confirm with me to check my availability BEFORE confirming your rehearsal with the venue.


  • Music for Rehearsal:  It is important that we rehearse to your ceremony music. You should invite someone who is not part of the wedding party to manage your music during the rehearsal.  Your music should not be played from your phone.


  • Who Should Attend Rehearsal:  Your entire wedding party should be present at the in-person rehearsal.


  • Punctuality:  The rehearsal is limited to 60 minutes, and most venue locations are very strict about this. Everyone participating must be on time.


  • Absences:  If you know that someone in your wedding party is not able to attend the rehearsal, please appoint a stand-in who will participate in their place and explain the duties to the participant before the ceremony.

What's not Included in this service?

• Wedding Website Services 

• Paperwork such as marriage license 

• Officiant for ceremony 

• Travel expenses when necessary (mileage, tolls, gas, parking, hotel etc.)

• Paraphernalia for your rituals (candles, sand, butterflies etc.) 

• Wedding planner 

• Wedding coordinator

We believe that every milestone should be celebrated! If you've purchased all your own items but don't have the time to decorate. This package is for you! You supply the decorations and we'll handle the rest! 


Starts at $375 / 2 hours Includes one assistant

• Business events and more 


Services include:
